Internet Sales Policy

Cricut products are sold exclusively through authorized online sellers. No individual or business may sell Cricut products online without a contractual agreement with Cricut. Authorized resellers offer the full Cricut product line and can assist with product or warranty inquiries. Purchasing from an authorized seller ensures you receive:

a. A GREAT product that is sure to provide you with years of enjoyment
b. Support and assistance from our representatives for your selections and questions
c. A superb warranty should you ever need it
d. Excellent value for your purchase

Estimated Delivery Time:  Orders within the Indian Subcontinent are typically delivered within 7 to 12 business days. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be extended.

Internet Return Policy for the Indian Subcontinent:

  • Return Initiation: To initiate a return, contact our support team at within 3 days of receiving your order at support@cricut.com 
  • Return Deadline: Returns are not accepted after 15 days from the date your order is received.
  • Exceptions: We do not accept returns for opened Cricut Cartridges or digital content.
  • Return Condition: Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for return.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect
  • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, contact our customer service team at +91-865-588-6441 for assistance.
  • Return Authorization (RMA): All returns require a Return Merchandis Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. Please contact our support team to request an RMA. Once issued, returns must be received within 14 days.
  • Exceptions: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or colour, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
