Cricut’s Internet Sales Policy is to sell Cricut products through Cricut authorized online sellers only. No person or business is authorized to sell via the Internet without express contractual agreement with Cricut. Authorized Cricut resellers have access to the entire Cricut line and are able to answer product or warranty questions. Purchasing a Cricut through an authorized seller means that you receive:

Your Cricut Machine (Product) is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship
for a period of one (1) year from the date of its original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”). If a
defect arises during the Warranty Period, Creative Newtech Limited, at its option, will (1) repair the product at no charge using new parts or parts that are functionally equivalent to new in performance, (2) exchange the Product with a functionally equivalent Product that is new or equivalent to new in performance, or (3) refund the original purchase price. This warranty excludes damage from abuse, accident, misuse, physical and/or software modifications or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. Exposure to a temperature in excess of one hundred and ten degrees Farenheit (110’F) voids this warranty. Any recovery is limited to the original purchase price. No other person/entity may modify this limited warranty, and your retail seller is solely responsible for any other warranties.
This Warranty applies to the Cricut machine. It does not apply to blades and blade housings, accessories, packaging, software, tools, materials, or other non- machine items. Creative Newtech Limited does not guarantee or warrant uninterrupted use of the Product or its supporting software.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRICUT IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR SERVICE OF THE CRICUT MACHINE. THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESS, STATUTORY OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRICUT DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
